Georgian Chanakhi and Ajapsandali

This time, I offer two Georgian dishes in one video - Chanakhi and Ajapsandali - a real parade of taste, flowers and health in food.
Since the past, this dish is made of lamb, but nowadays many people prefer to use beef, including me. The choice is purely personal.
I want to note that these dishes are almost the same in cooking, but the difference is that there is meat in Chanakhi and vegetables in Ajapsandali.

SUNFLOWER OIL - 0.5 COFFEE CUPS 
PEPPER - 2 PIECES 
CHECHNOCK - 3 or 4 CUSTOMERS

KOREANDER (KINDA) - 2 BEAMS 
PARSLEY - 2 BUNDLES 
LEEK LEEK - 2 STEMS 
BASIL - 1 BUNDLE
